11Payroll & Financial Data

• We collect personally identifiable payroll information including names, Social Security Numbers (SSN/EIN), wages, deductions, and employer information solely to generate your requested documents.
• SSNs and employer identification numbers are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and masked in all interfaces after initial entry.
• Generated documents are stored in your account for 7 years in accordance with IRS record-keeping recommendations.
• We do not sell, rent, or share payroll data with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with law.
• You may request permanent deletion of your payroll data, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
